Pick-by-light controllers.
Build2Light™ systems rely on a control terminal to control light-directed picking devices and other hardware. The controller and junction box are used for the connection between the control terminal and other devices.
The Build2Light Advantage.
The Ethernet controller is based on the TCP/IP protocol. Therefore, there are no restrictions on the types of terminals or choice of operating system (OS) used. Also, Build2Light’s controller and combined controller/junction box (power supply) options enable true system scalability and easy, cost-effective expansion capabilites.
Key Features and Options.
Build2Light offers two contoller options. The first is the JW2171 Ethernet small controller, which typically controls up to 32 light devices. The second option is the JW2208 Ethernet controller/junction box. The combined controller and junction box supplies both electric power and signals to light devices and other hardware. This unit connects up to 160 light devices and controls up to 5,120 units.
Easy Installation and Modification.
Both Ethernet controllers easily mount to a variety of rack, shelving, support beams or other media. Connection to an AC85V – 264V power supply and Ethernet supply are the only requirements. While these products are part of the JW Series model family, they also support AW Series, SW Series or any combination of the three product series.
